If you run an online business, you have so many things to think about. You must seize contol of the always growing list of tasks.

You can spend a lot of time simply deciding upon topics to writing about for your syndicated articles. Consequently, increasing the efficiency of article marketing includes increasing your list of ideas for those articles. Whatever improvements you can make in hastening your article subject choices can have a positive impact upon the eventual success of your business.

Therefore, I thought I would share some good ideas ofsources for article ideas.

- Keep a list of the questions you are asked by email or phone about your business, your product (or service). Certainly those should be added to your FAQ, but many of the are also great ideas for marketing articles.

- Scour the trade publications to which you subscribe. View each article from the perspective of your potential customers. Find a way to present those ideas that is consumer oriented rather than simply being for the insiders who happen to be in that industry.

- Look for questions pertaining to your niche that are asked in forums. If someone cares enough to ask a question on a forum, chances are that others are asking the same or a similar question. Consequently, it is a good article topic.

- Search at top article directories (maybe EzineArticles and GoArticles, for example) for articles dealing with your business category. You will probably find some ideas that could benefit from being approached from a different angle.

- Take a fresh look at articles that are on your own website. Can those topics be repurposed with more of an informational and less of a marketing perspective?

Coming up with topic ideas tends to have a cascading effect. When you come up with one, that seems to bring up other, related subjects. Write all of them down. In other words, generate a big enough list that your brainstorming efforts result in enough topics to last you a while.

“Why I Love Affiliate Marketing – Part 1″

NOTE: The following is a guest post from one of my favorite
internet marketing mentors.

Why I Love Affiliate Marketing – Part 1
By Jimmy D. Brown of “Affiliatenaire”

Do you find yourself “starting” to create your own product
to sell online, but never “finishing” it?

One of the things I love about affiliate marketing is –

** You don’t need to create your own products **

Many people find the idea of creating their own products to
be an overwhelming and even paralyzing task.

* I don’t have any good ideas!
* I’m not a writer!
* There’s too much competition!
* I don’t know how to set everything up!
* I can’t figure out where to start!
* It’s too hard!

These are just a few of the valid reasons many people give
when it comes to not creating their own products to sell.
I’m sure with a few minutes of brainstorming, we could come
up with a list of many more.

With affiliate marketing, you don’t need your own products.
You simply promote someone else’s already proven successful
offer for a commission.

And, truth be told, even if you ARE a writer and you DO have
lots of ideas and you CAN figure it all out…

** Nobody wants to create new products all the time **

As good as you may be, you don’t know everything! Why try
to create a product on every topic imaginable in your
market when you can earn just as much money by simply
promoting someone else’s really good offer as one of your
profit streams?

That’s why I love affiliate marketing.

You don’t need to create your own products.
